FAQ
How long does it take for my case to ship
Every case is made to order. They usually all ship within the week of purchase, but occasionally they will take up to 2 weeks if we are behind on orders.
Why didn’t I get a confirmation email or text?
After every order is placed, you WILL receive a confirmation email or text that includes your order number and information. if not, check your credentials as you may have entered the wrong information.
If you still didnt, your order may not have gone through and you will need to replace your order.

I ordered the wrong case! Can I return it?
Since all cases are made to order, we unfortunately can not make changes after the case has been made or shipped. If you reach out within 2-5 hours after placing an order, we may be able to change the details of your order. Nothing is guaranteed.
